Re-incarcare.ro project was launched in 2013 with the aim to provide prepaid SIM card holders a simpler and more convenient way to recharge SIM cards online. Recharging the SIM card by Re-incarcare.ro platform is easy to do, you just need to enter the amount that you want to recharge with, the telephone number and then pay with your credit card. The service is available 24/7. When the people from Scala Web contacted iAgency, they wanted to get better positions for the main target keywords and bring more traffic to the site. Our challenge was also to convince prepaid SIM cards owners that the service offered by Re-incarcare.ro is safe and that the offered rates are lower than those of mobile operators. After we conducted a website audit, a detailed analysis of the competition and the industry, we were able to identify the problems and establish a strategy to help Scala Web achieve its goals. Our solution was to build an optimal mix of links sources (press releases, advertorials, articles on blogs, social signals), to eliminate low quality links that had a negative impact, to create a balance between the "nofollow "and "dofollow " links and improve brand presence and activity on social networks: Facebook and Twitter.
On-site optimization Keywords - We conducted a study of relevant keywords for this area. After being established, they were implemented on the website's pages, to create an optimal density.
Content creation - New pages were created with relevant and unique content.
Title and Meta Description - We optimized the titles of each website page and we created meta descriptions to include the main keywords and deliver a very good CTR (
Click-Through-Rate).
Off-Site Optimization The distribution of anchor text was quite varied and didn’t include the main keywords. Also, most backlinks were directed to the homepage, which is why our team decided to create varied backlinks, for the main keywords that interested us.
Results
After the first month of collaboration with iAgency, the traffic on the Re-incarcare.ro website increased by 50%. The site appears on the first page for any target keywords in Google search. For some specific keywords, Re-incarcare.ro appears immediately after the mobile operator's website.
